Such movies are rarely criticized. They are among those very few movies which keep you hooked till the end..
THE XPOSE is that one movie I am talking about.
The Xpose, produced by HR MUSIK, is a musical suspense thriller, set in the backdrop of the Bollywood of the 60s.
The movie has everything - Suspense, Drama, Emotions, Romance, Mystery - and that's what makes the movie all the more awesome.
The Xpose's Trailer garnered good response and reviews.
Its music has started topping the charts already.
When I saw the trailer for the first time, I felt an air of suspense and mystery in everything.
The movie revolves around the mystery murder of sex symbol Zara Fernandes.
Whether it was a suicide or murder or accidental death - Nobody knows..
Let me tell you something very interesting about this movie.
The film shows that each and everyone who crossed Zara's path, ie. 11 suspects in all, had a motive to kill her!
Let's see what alleged motive each one of them had to kill Zara (played by Sonali Raut) :
1. Zara's bitter rivalry and cat fights with Chandni (played by Miss India 2013 second runner-up, Zoya Afroz) is sufficient for the finger of suspicion to point towards the latter.
2. Eccentric Superstar Ravi Kumar (played by Himesh Reshammiya) holds a strong grudge against Zara, even though he is involved in solving the case.
3. Kenny Damania (Yo Yo Honey Singh) becomes the prime suspect as his much hyped fling with her makes news.
4. Also, his wife Shabnam Rai (Jesse Randhawa) is under the radar as she is aware of Kenny's affair with Zara.
5. Zara's reel director Subba Prasad (played by The Xpose director Ananth Narayan Mahadevan) too has some reason to gain from her death.
6. Another suspect is Subba's rival Bobby Chadha (Ashvin Dhar) who plans to destroy him and Ravi.
7. Virman Shah (played by Nakul Vaid) is also a prime suspect due to his involvement with both his co-star Zara and his ex-flame Chandni.
8. Underworld Don Rajan Anna (Adil Hussain) is also under the suspicion bracket as he was associated with her rival Chandni's film Reena Mera Naam.
9. Black Marketeer Alec D'Costa (Irrfan Khan in a special appearance) is also suspected for his association with Zara's film.
10/11/. Also under the radar are Inspector Grover (Rajesh Sharma), Ronnie Mukherjee (Kunal Thakur), Zara's matron and landlady Mrs. D'Silva (Kanika Dang) and industrialist Desai (Bharat Dabholkar).
